We specialise in the management of water safety and quality and specifically offer services to control the risk of legionnaire’s disease and to maintain portable drinking water supplies.
We currently provide these services principally to schools and colleges throughout the country and offer a tailor-made consultancy service to provide as much support as is required to enable you to create and maintain a safe environment and to comply with current Health & Safety water management legislation.
We can provide a complete risk management service however our preference is to work in tandem with customer resources to promote active customer involvement and to reduce costs.
We predominantly cover London, and the South East of England, but provide legionella risk assessments throughout the United Kingdom.
Water management to control the risk of Legionnaires’ disease.
We assist employers and those responsible for public buildings to manage the risk of Legionnaires’ disease on their premises. We implement the guidance given by the HSC Approved Code of Practice L8 to risk assess hot and cold water systems and then design and implement Legionella Control Schemes to ensure the long term safety of employees and the general public who may use those systems.
Water management to maintain potable drinking water supplies.
We can assist you in maintaining wholesome drinking water quality on your premises.
If you are responsible for any kind of public building such as a school or college, leisure centre, industrial building, warehouse, care home or office block you must make yourself aware of the risk of legionnaire’s disease and act upon it. There is a foreseeable risk of legionnaire’s disease associated with domestic hot and cold water supplies and for this reason, a Legionella risk assessment and a Legionella water management programme proportionate to the risk are legal requirement under current Health & Safety law.
